A downloadable tool for macOS

LibreSprite is literally Aseprite but free and open source.
It has a Windows and Linux installer, but mac is currently unavailable.
To get it on mac you have to compile it from source.
If you want to compile it yourself, well then go and have fun. I didn't...

Won't open. Error:
> “Aseprite.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

it says that the file is broken and cannot be opened
are you using a M1 mac?
I'am using an M1 Mac. The file doesn't work for me.
Even installing it through the app, it is still claiming to be broken. Another solution is a different installation, Called MacPorts.

This worked instantly for me
use the itch.io app and it will work
I tried it and it simply isn't opening. Nothing is loading and i tried sudo, i tried administrator, everything. I found an alternative though. Thanks
